The two bedroom apartment we were selling had years of grime from tenants not cleaning much over the years. The two person crew sent for the job got appliances cleaned that I thought before we were going to have to sell, did a wonderful job all around and we were extremely pleased with the result. The office contact kept in close touch all along. Although we could have done the job for less, I don't think we could have gotten as good a result.

I would be lost without Quality House Cleaners. I have been working with them for over a year now and I can't thank them enough for their excellent work, speed, and reliability. Absolutely the best value, quality, and dependability of any cleaners I have worked with in Portland or anywhere else for that matter. Read More And, Bao is a very good communicator and typically texts me back quickly. However, the latest cleaning I had in my home did not go so well. One of the cleaners actually broke my toilet while cleaning. It was a cleaner I did not have previously, but the woman with her I knew, and she was helpful in trying to fix the issue, with the minimal knowledge she kind of had with fixing this kind of thing. However, it didn’t work, and when I went to use the toilet, it wouldn’t flush or function. I texted Bao IMMEDIATELY and she responded pretty quickly. She came over with her two brothers that work in contracting and investigated the issue. Unfortunately, it wasn’t an easy fix as I had hoped, and we needed to purchase a part in order for it to be fixed properly. I panicked. Bao said she would look into finding a replacement part and she offered to pay for it. Fast forward to the next day (at 3:00pm on FRIDAY), I found the part (at $113), and she drove from who-knows-where-i-think-Gresham to Beaverton to get the part. She and her brother came back, and replaced/fixed the issue. BOTTOM LINE is: She did the right thing and I’m SO grateful for that! This momma of two toddlers was freaking out about losing a working toilet over the weekend and she handled it. Much appreciated.

Quality was able to come back out the next day after a snafu we had with our new house and moving in. They accommodated us on a short notice and were able to get things cleaned before we moved in. Two people in less than 2 hours cleaned a small 2B/2BA apartment. Velocity was OK but they could have spend a bit more time on the tough spots. Their vacuum wasn’t too powerful. Also, I booked for 11AM. The day before the job I was told 11:30AM. Less than 3 hours before they were supposed to arrive they told me 12:30. They finally arrived at 1PM.
